Silesia Star

Silesia Star is a modern office building in central Katowice made up of two eight-story sections connected by a public passage. The two parts house a variety of companies and businesses across multiple rental spaces designed for commercial use.

The building was completed in 2016 by the architectural firm Kuryłowicz & Associates as part of the city's transformation into a modern business center. Its construction marked a shift toward contemporary architecture in Katowice's downtown area.

The complex sits in a busy commercial district where office workers and visitors move through daily, creating an active workplace hub in the city center. This area reflects how Katowice has transformed into a modern business location with contemporary architecture and growing economic activity.

The complex has plenty of parking available and is easy to navigate on foot, with clear entrances and straightforward routes through the public areas. Visitors can easily access the different shops and office spaces spread across both building sections.

The building holds a rare certification for high environmental standards and remarkably includes a kindergarten within its commercial spaces. This combination of green building practices and childcare facilities is an unusual approach for an office complex.
