Shuqba cave, Archaeological cave in Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate, Palestine.

The cave extends into the northern bank of Wadi en-Natuf, featuring multiple chambers with geological formations and sediment layers spanning prehistoric periods.

Dorothy Garrod's excavations in 1928 revealed 45 human skeleton fragments and stone tools, establishing the site's connection to Natufian culture development.

The cave holds substantial evidence of both Neanderthal and early human occupation, demonstrating the technological advancement of prehistoric societies in the region.

Visitors need authorization from local authorities to access the cave, which sits one kilometer south of Shuqba town in the Judaean Mountains.

The discovery of microlithic tools with crescent-shaped lunates within the cave established new understanding of prehistoric tool manufacturing techniques.
