Suvorov Museum

Suvorov Museum is a biographical and military collection space in Saint Petersburg devoted to a prominent Russian general's life and career. The exhibition displays personal items, uniforms, medals, weapons, and historical portraits spanning different periods of his life.

The museum was founded in 1904 at imperial decree and was Russia's first memorial institution dedicated to a single historical person. Its establishment marked a turning point in how the nation honored and preserved its military history.

The building displays Russian revival features with traditional architectural elements and a central spire topped by a double-headed eagle. Visitors notice the distinctive design that connects to the early 20th century period.
