During the period from the 15th to early 18th centuries, the monastery maintained extensive landholdings and agricultural operations throughout the Nizhny Novgorod region.

The monastery library contains numerous manuscripts and texts that document religious practices, educational initiatives, and administrative systems of medieval Russian monasticism.

Current monastery facilities maintain regular religious services and offer guided tours of the grounds, with access available through the main entrance near Под'яблонне.

Research by historian Natalia Sokolova revealed that the monastery's economic records from 1701-1702 detail specific management practices of agricultural estates and peasant communities.
