The Annunciation Church is an Orthodox church building in Zhyolnino near Dzerzhinsk featuring traditional Russian Orthodox architectural elements from the 19th century. The structure displays typical characteristics of this style, including an upright silhouette with cupolas.

The brick church was built in 1878 with funds from Stepan Petrovich Solin, a first-guild merchant, and consecrated in 1879. Closed and looted in 1937, it stood semi-ruined until 1988, when it was restored and became the first church in the Dzerzhinsk area to resume services. A side altar to St Nicholas was consecrated on 27 November 2010.

The church's name comes from the Feast of the Annunciation, celebrated on 7 April. Since 1994 it has hosted the first Sunday school in the Dzerzhinsk deanery, and in 2003 a scouting-style youth group called Vityazi was formed for teenagers. Since June 2010 the building has been open to visitors during the day even when no service is held.

The building is easily reached from the main road between Dzerzhinsk and Zhyolnino with parking available near the entrance. Visitors should wear appropriate clothing if they plan to attend services.

The church was the first in the whole Dzerzhinsk area to resume the divine liturgy, in 1988, after decades as a semi-ruin. Its Sunday school, opened in 1994, was the first in the Dzerzhinsk deanery, and the teenage scout-style group Vityazi followed in 2003.
