Sculptor Valery Kuznetsov created this bronze figure of the historian who wrote the comprehensive 'Complete Course of Russian History' publication.
The monument remains accessible to visitors throughout the year, with regular maintenance funded by the local municipality of Penza.
This monument stands as the first memorial in Russia dedicated to the distinguished historian who taught Russian history to the Grand Duke George Alexandrovich.
