Privokzal'nyy Rayon, Administrative district in Tula, Russia.
Privokzal'nyy Rayon is an administrative district in the southwestern part of Tula that developed from former settlements including Myasnovo, Kosaya Gora, and Likhvinka. The area combines residential neighborhoods, industrial facilities, and public services that form the backbone of daily life.
The district was established on December 22, 1917 as an independent administrative area with significant importance for Tula. In 2015, it underwent major reorganization when portions of the former Leninsky municipal region were incorporated, giving it its present-day structure.
Three Orthodox churches mark the character of the district: the Church of the Sovereign Icon of the Mother of God, Saints Cyril and Methodius Church, and Saint Kazan Church. These sacred buildings serve as places where believers gather for worship and community life.
The district is easy to navigate and well-equipped with stores, markets, and recreational facilities throughout the area. Visitors will find schools, medical clinics, and sports facilities conveniently located to serve various needs.
The district houses important industrial operations, including the well-known Yasnaya Polyana confectionery factory and a metallurgical plant. These factories have long been central to the area's economic identity and continue to shape its character.
