Okkerville, Urban park in Kudrovo, Russia.
Okkerville is a forest park in Kudrovo with woodlands, pathways, and the Okkerville River running through the grounds. Two paved circular trails of different lengths allow walking and cycling through forested areas, connected by bridges.
The site was developed in 2010 by Otdelstroy company and has since expanded to include surrounding forest areas. This growth transformed an initial small developed space into a larger recreational destination.
The Church of the Icon of the Mother of God Otrada stands within the park and was consecrated in 2014. It serves as a focal point for reenactment events and celebrations that visitors can experience throughout the year.
The park is about one kilometer from Ulitsa Dybenko metro station and is reachable by various transportation methods. Visitors will find equipment rental services available and should wear proper footwear for the paved and natural paths.
During winter months the grounds transform into a winter sports destination with dedicated cross-country skiing trails and ice skating areas. This seasonal change makes the park a popular spot during the colder months.
