The Egg House

The Egg House is a four-story building with a curved white facade and glass windows forming an oval shape on Mashkov Street. The unusual structure immediately stands out and defines the residential area with its modern, organic aesthetic.

The building was completed in 2002 by architect Sergey Tkachenko and represents an early example of post-Soviet experimental architecture in central Moscow. It marked a new direction in building design that broke free from traditional forms.
