The red brick chapel features a tent-shaped roof reaching 14 meters high, crowned with a dome and cross with a crescent at its base.
The chapel stands on the grounds of the former World War I Military Cemetery, established in 1915 and reconstructed in 1998 following its demolition in the 1940s.
Inside the chapel, daily memorial services honor fallen soldiers, while icons, relics, and memorial plaques preserve the memory of military personnel.
The chapel conducts memorial services at 13:00 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends, welcoming visitors to participate in religious ceremonies.
In 2015, the chapel received the remains of Grand Duke Nicholas Nikolaevich and his wife, Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna, connecting it to Russian imperial history.
