Art Deco Museum, Art Deco museum in Moscow, Russia
The Art Deco Museum exhibits over 900 sculptures and 300 furniture pieces from the 1920s, along with numerous decorative arts and graphics collections.
The museum opened its doors in 2014 after curator Mkrtich Okroyan spent years collecting Art Deco artifacts worth more than 100 million dollars.
The collection features works by renowned artists including Demetre Chiparus's Les Girls and decorative panels by Pierre Bobot from New York's Roseland Ballroom.
Located at Luzhnetskaya embankment, the museum operates from Wednesday to Sunday, with adult tickets priced at 350 rubles and student entry at 200 rubles.
The museum joined the International Council of Museums in 2015 and maintains an active research program exploring the Art Deco movement through exhibitions.
