Vasiliev maison, Palace complex in Vyritsa, Russia
The Vasilievsky Palace features marble floors extending over 600 square meters and fourteen-meter-high ceilings throughout its grand reception rooms.
Built between 2005 and 2006 by architect Igor Gremitsky, the palace draws architectural inspiration from the Catherine Palace in Pushkin.
The palace includes an Orthodox chapel, marble knights, and a column featuring a sculptural composition of a guardian angel supporting Nicholas II.
The palace grounds span 41,000 square meters and include a helipad, fountains, marble sculptures, and a summer pavilion for outdoor events.
The first marble palace in the Saint Petersburg region incorporates natural materials and traditional construction techniques throughout its structure.
