The Center of Culture and Folk Art occupies a dedicated complex featuring exhibition spaces, performance halls, and specialized studios for creative activities.

The cultural institution, established in 1932, has maintained its role as a primary center for regional cultural development throughout the Soviet and post-Soviet periods.

The center preserves Khakassian traditions through regular exhibitions, folk art demonstrations, and educational programs focused on local customs and crafts.

Visitors can participate in traditional craft workshops, attend folk performances, and purchase local artisan products during regular craft fairs.

The center houses over 500 artists and performers aged 4 to 75, who contribute to maintaining the cultural traditions of the Khakassia region.
