Happyland, Amusement park in Khlong Chan, Thailand
Happyland was an amusement park in Khlong Chan offering rides such as roller coasters, carousels, ferris wheels, and bumper cars in an outdoor setting. The facility operated near Nawamin Road and provided entertainment options for families and groups.
The park opened in May 1973 as Thailand's first outdoor amusement park. It ceased operations in September 1979 due to safety concerns.
During its operation, Happyland hosted television stars from the Return of the Condor Heroes series, marking a connection between entertainment and popular media.
The site is no longer accessible as an amusement park since it has been converted into a residential development called Sinthorn Village. You can view the former location along Happy Land Sai 1 Road.
After closure, several original rides were sold to Siam Park and continue operating there today. These attractions now form part of the facility known as Siam Amazing Park.
