National Changhua University of Education is a higher education institution in Changhua with two campuses called Jin-De and Bao-Shan. The university serves approximately 8,000 students across disciplines ranging from the arts and education to engineering fields.
The institution was founded in 1745 as Baisha Academy and underwent several transformations over the centuries. It received its current name as National Changhua University of Education in 1989.
The university maintains active partnerships with international institutions while organizing educational exchanges and research collaborations that connect Taiwan with global academic communities.
