London Eye, Observation wheel in London.

The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London.

Opened to the public in 2000, it was the world's tallest Ferris wheel until 2006.

It has become a popular tourist attraction and an iconic symbol of modern London.

Each rotation takes about 30 minutes, offering breathtaking views of the city.

The London Eye can carry 800 people each rotation, which is comparable to 11 London red double-decker buses.
