Brackley

Brackley is a market town in West Northamptonshire with a central square surrounded by buildings spanning many centuries. The Town Hall, built from 1704 to 1707, anchors this space with its distinctive form and remains the focal point of the area.

The settlement appears in the Domesday Book of 1086 as an established community. It later grew around a medieval hospital founded near 1150, which became a center for local activity and growth.
