Richmond is a parliamentary constituency in northern England that covers large parts of rural North Yorkshire. The area stretches from moorland in the east to dales in the west and includes numerous small towns and military facilities.
The constituency was created in the mid 19th century and has sent conservative representatives to parliament since the early 20th century. William Hague represented the area for a quarter century until the mid 2010s.
