Willis Building, Grade I listed office building in Central Ipswich, England.
The Willis Building features three open-plan floors with dark smoked glass walls and concrete pillars supporting cantilevered structures throughout the interior space.
Foster and Partners, alongside architect Wendy Cheesman, completed this regional headquarters for Willis Towers Watson insurance company in 1975.
The structure received Grade I listed status in 1991, marking it as one of only two buildings under 30 years old to gain this protection level.
The building maintains space for 1,300 office workers and contains preserved architectural elements, including an enclosed swimming pool from its original design.
The building follows a curved floor plan that adapts to the surrounding street layout, with no right angles in its structural composition.
