Blythe Hill Fields

Blythe Hill Fields is an elevated green space in Lewisham that spreads across a large area. From here you can enjoy clear views toward Canary Wharf, the City of London, and the surrounding areas of Kent and Surrey.

The land was originally part of Brockley Farm with a brick factory that operated until 1938. The London County Council converted this area into a public park in 1935.

This space serves the community as a gathering point where people from different parts of the neighborhood meet and connect. Annual events featuring musicians, food vendors, and performers show how important this place is for bringing residents together.

Multiple entry points at Blythe Hill Lane, Montacute Road, Codrington Hill, and Brockley View allow visitors to access the park from different directions. These various access points make it easy to find a convenient entrance depending on where you start.

The park sits at an elevation of about 70 meters and follows the path of an ancient Roman road. This route once connected London with East Sussex and continues to shape the landscape of this area.
