Cambridge Blackfriars, Dominican priory in Cambridge, England

The Dominican Priory of Saint Michael the Archangel stands on Buckingham Road, near Murray Edwards College in Cambridge, featuring two connected houses.

Founded in 1238 through a royal grant, the original priory was dissolved in 1538 and later reestablished in 1938 at its current location.

The priory maintains Dominican traditions through regular Mass services, including a special Dominican Rite celebration in Latin on Sunday mornings.

Religious services occur daily with four Sunday Masses at 8:15, 9:15, 11:00, and 18:00, plus morning Mass at 7:30 on weekdays.

A medieval statue of the Virgin and Child from the original friary now resides in the Church of Our Lady and English Martyrs in Cambridge.
