Bwrdd Arthur, Ancient hillfort and summit in Llanddona, Wales.
The flat-topped eminence of Bwrdd Arthur rises to 164 meters, offering views across the Menai Strait, beach, islands, and northern sea.
Archaeological investigations from 1869 documented defensive wall foundations, with remaining stones still marking the perimeter of this strategic fortification.
The site features a large circular stone known as Arthur's Table, containing 24 seats around its edge, representing connections to Welsh mythology.
Visitors can access the site by parking near the chapel and following marked paths, with Ordnance Survey maps 114 and 263N providing navigation guidance.
The interior space has evolved into a meadow that supports various butterfly species while concealing ancient structural remnants beneath its surface.
