Church of St. Mary & St. Nicholas, Leatherhead

The Church of St. Mary and St. Nicholas is a medieval parish church with a late 15th-century tower marked by large buttresses and perpendicular style details. The interior features a 13th-century nave influenced by French design alongside additions from later centuries.

The building originated in the early medieval period but was substantially renewed in the 1800s by architect Arthur Blomfield. His renovations uncovered historical plasterwork that revealed insights into earlier design phases.
