Dating from 901, this Grade I listed building stands as the third oldest church in Kent and the sixth oldest in the United Kingdom.
The carved Norman font displays a detailed scene of a priest performing a baptism, representing medieval religious practices and craftsmanship.
The parish room, added in 1970, enables the church to host community activities and gatherings throughout the week.
A distinctive hagioscope, carved into the end of the south aisle, provides a direct view to the High Altar.
