Cromer Hall, Gothic Revival country house in Cromer, England

The residence features flint walls with stone dressings, an asymmetrical plan, and multiple octagonal towers crowned by battlements and a short spire.

William Donthorne designed and constructed this Grade II* listed building in 1829, with additional modifications implemented in 1875 by subsequent owners.

Arthur Conan Doyle visited the hall during his 1901 recuperation in Norfolk, potentially drawing inspiration for Baskerville Hall in his literary works.

The private residence stands one mile south of Cromer on Holt Road, allowing exterior viewing opportunities from the adjacent Hall Road.

The hall incorporates numerous tall octagonal stone chimneys, corbelled gables, and Gothic-designed windows with four-centered heads and intricate tracery.
