Falls of Falloch, Waterfall in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, Scotland
The Falls of Falloch cascade down 30 feet into a deep pool, forming a natural spectacle along the River Falloch near Crianlarich.
Dorothy Wordsworth, sister of poet William Wordsworth, visited these falls during her Scottish tour with Samuel Coleridge in the early 19th century.
The large pool at the base of the waterfall carries the name Rob Roy's Bathtub, connecting the site to Scottish folklore and history.
A viewing platform called Woven Sound provides visitors with safe observation points while protecting the natural landscape around the waterfall.
Scottish mountaineer W.H. Murray survived a dangerous incident after falling into the gorge upstream from the waterfall during one of his expeditions.
