Frimley Lodge Park Railway, Miniature railway in Frimley Lodge Park, Surrey, England
The railway operates along a one-kilometer track through the park with steam and diesel locomotives carrying passengers on scheduled service days.
The railway began operations in 1991 with a multi-gauge track system built using rectangular section steel and timber sleepers laid on limestone ballast.
The Frimley and Ascot Locomotive Club members maintain the railway, sharing knowledge of train operations and engineering through regular Sunday and Wednesday meetings.
Train rides cost £1.50 per circuit, with family tickets available at £12 for 10 rides, operating from March to November on the first Sunday of each month.
The railway supports local charities through its operations while providing hands-on experience for members interested in locomotive maintenance and railway operations.
