Hamilton Hall is a Category B listed hotel building in St Andrews with a red brick and red sandstone facade, standing directly behind the 18th green of the Old Course. It now contains 26 luxury apartments and sits adjacent to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club.
The building opened in 1895 as the Grand Hotel and later served as a student residence for the University of St Andrews from 1949 to 2006. It was subsequently converted into a residential property with modern luxury amenities.
The building displays late Victorian architecture with its distinctive red sandstone facade positioned next to the Royal and Ancient Golf Club, reflecting its connection to the area's golfing heritage.
