Holy Trinity Church, Westbury on Trym, Grade I listed church in Westbury on Trym, England
The Holy Trinity Church exhibits English Gothic architecture with a polygonal apse and detailed stonework throughout its expansive nave and aisles.
Founded at the end of the 8th century by King Offa, the church transformed into a Benedictine priory in 963 under Bishop Oswald of Worcester.
The church maintains regular worship services, hosts community events, and received a Silver Eco Church award for environmental stewardship initiatives.
Weekly Sunday Eucharist services take place at 8am and 10am, with additional daily services held throughout the week at various times.
The church contains the tomb of Bishop John Carpenter, who intended to establish this location as a cathedral for the Worcester diocese.
