Holyrood Abbey Church, Category B listed church building on London Road, Edinburgh, Scotland
Located in Abbeyhill district, Meadowbank Parish Church occupies a Victorian building designed by R M Cameron at 83 London Road in Edinburgh.
The church originated from the 1843 Disruption when part of Kirk of the Canongate's congregation formed Holyrood Free Church near Holyrood Palace.
Following a merger in 2017, the former Holyrood Abbey Church became Meadowbank Church, reflecting changes in Edinburgh's religious landscape.
The church building underwent extensive renovations between 2006 and 2007 to modernize facilities and improve accessibility for congregation members.
The structure stands approximately half a mile north of the original Holyrood Abbey, maintaining historical connections to Edinburgh's religious heritage.
