Newbold Comyn

Newbold Comyn is a spacious park in Royal Leamington Spa spanning over 300 acres with walking trails, sports fields, and recreational facilities along the River Leam. The grounds include a leisure centre with a 33-meter swimming pool, fitness suite, and café available for daily use.

The site was once a farm called Newbold Comyn Farm before being acquired by Leamington Corporation in 1943 and converted into a public recreational space. This transformation marked the beginning of its role as an important community venue.
