Newbold Comyn spans over 300 acres of green spaces featuring walking trails, sports fields, and recreational facilities along the River Leam.
The land, formerly known as Newbold Comyn Farm, became a public recreational space in 1943 when the Leamington Corporation acquired the property.
The park hosts regular community events throughout the year, bringing residents together for sports tournaments, outdoor activities, and seasonal celebrations.
The park includes the Newbold Comyn Leisure Centre with a 33-meter swimming pool, fitness suite, and café, open daily for visitors.
The former farmhouse on the grounds has transformed into a restaurant, serving meals with views across the expansive Warwickshire countryside.
