St Dunstan's, Stepney, Anglican parish church in Stepney, England

The Grade I listed building features Kentish ragstone walls, a substantial tower, large windows, and architectural elements from the fifteenth century.

The church site has maintained continuous religious activity since 952 when Bishop Dunstan replaced a wooden structure with a stone building.

The church bells, cast at Whitechapel Bell Foundry, receive mention in the traditional nursery rhyme Oranges and Lemons.

Visitors can explore the seven-acre churchyard containing numerous historical graves, including those of sailors from different centuries.

The church earned the name Church of the High Seas through its traditional practice of registering births for children born at sea.
