St George's Cullercoats, Grade I listed church building in Cullercoats, England.
The stone church features a commanding 180-foot spire overlooking Tynemouth Long Sands, with stained glass windows designed by C.E. Kempe throughout the structure.
The Duke of Northumberland commissioned architect John Loughborough Pearson to construct this French Gothic style church between 1882 and 1884 in memory of his father.
The church choir performs Sung Eucharist and Choral Evensong every Sunday, maintaining a high standard of musical excellence in North East England.
The church remains open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, offering guided tours of its architectural features and historical elements to interested visitors.
The Thomas Christopher Lewis organ from 1885 stands in the South Transept, preserving its original configuration and mechanical components without modifications.
