Pesthouse Common, Richmond, Public park in Richmond upon Thames, England

The 1.18-hectare park contains mature lime and horse chestnut trees along its boundaries, creating natural borders beside Queens Road.

The common received its name from a quarantine facility for infectious diseases that stood on the site until its demolition in 1787.

The land transformed from Crown property into a community space through an Act of Parliament in 1785, when Richmond vestry acquired control.

North Sheen railway station provides direct access to the park, while bus routes 33, 337, 493, and 969 stop near the entrance.

A perennial meadow grows along the park boundary next to Christs School, supporting local wildlife and natural habitats.
