The seventeenth-century mansion features classical architecture with extended wings, grand windows, and symmetrical design elements across its limestone exterior.
Sir William Pritchard constructed the manor in 1678 on land purchased from the Napier family, replacing an earlier medieval structure at the site.
The manor transformed into a recording studio in the 1980s, equipped with advanced digital technology and accommodations for musicians and producers.
The surrounding public parkland contains four spring-fed ponds, maintained pathways, and designated areas for recreational activities throughout the grounds.
Pete Winkelman acquired the property in 1993, marking the transition from its status as a professional recording facility to a private residence.
