Number One Riverside

Number One Riverside is a modern municipal building in Rochdale with a transparent facade and a wide central street connecting public spaces, meeting rooms, and a library. The structure features two block-like forms that frame the building and house different functions across multiple floors.

The building opened in 2013 and brought together roughly 1.700 employees who were previously scattered across 33 different locations throughout the city. This consolidation created a new central headquarters for the entire municipal administration.
