Harry E. Donnell House, Tudor Revival mansion in Eatons Neck, New York, United States.

The 33-room residence features steeply pitched gable roofs, decorative half-timbering, and extends across both Duck Island Harbor and Northport Bay waterfronts.

Built between 1902 and 1903 by architect Harry E. Donnell on 200 acres of land given to him and his wife Ruth by her father George Robinson.

The mansion represents early 20th-century architectural preferences among wealthy New York families who constructed grand estates on Long Island's North Shore.

Located at 71 Locust Lane, the property maintains its original design through careful restoration work completed using the mansion's initial architectural plans.

The estate included an 80-acre golf course northwest of the main house before its subdivision into smaller parcels during the 1927 development.
