The Aquitania, Revenue house in Margate Park, Chicago, United States.
The Aquitania stands fifteen stories tall with 82 cooperative apartments, featuring a courtyard design and Art Moderne lobby near Lake Michigan.
Constructed in 1923 by architect Ralph C. Harris, the building was developed by George K. Spoor to serve the entertainment industry of Chicago.
The building reflects Classical Revival architecture and takes its name from the RMS Aquitania, a prominent North Atlantic passenger liner of the 1920s.
The property maintains 24-hour door staff, building management, maintenance personnel, storage facilities, and allows pets with certain restrictions.
The structure originally stood directly on Lake Michigan's shore, but urban development has moved the shoreline two blocks to the east.
