Wingspread

Wingspread is a large residential building designed in Prairie School style, constructed from brick and located in Wind Point, Wisconsin. The structure features a central core with four extending wings, dominated by a tall chimney that rises above the roofline and brings natural light into the interior spaces below.

The renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright designed this house between 1938 and 1939 for the executive leader of a major manufacturing company. It was later transformed into a conference center where significant meetings and conversations took place.

The name comes from its distinctive wing-like form spreading outward, and it has served as a gathering place for serious conversations and exchange for decades.
