The main house features two-story masonry construction with clusters of chimneys, a slate roof, and three fireplaces in the Terrace Room.
Built in 1911 and expanded in 1916-17, Fasnacloich estate received recognition on the National Register of Historic Places in January 1988.
The estate takes its name from Scottish heritage and incorporates design elements inspired by Kelmscott Manor in England.
Located on Four Hill Road near the Dublin town line, the estate contains multiple wings connected by a cloister-like walkway.
The south wing features four-level terraces with a fieldstone retaining wall and an octagonal pool containing a fountain imported from Italy.
