One Tower, Residential building in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil
One Tower is a residential building in Balneário Camboriú with 84 floors and reaches 290 meters in height. The structure provides two residential units per floor with leisure facilities distributed across the middle sections.
Construction began in 2015 and the building opened in December 2022, demonstrating advances in Brazilian coastal architecture. Its completion represented a major step forward in the country's residential tower development.
The building's completion ceremony included vertical dance performances and gathered over 1000 community members to celebrate this addition to the Brazilian coastline.
The building operates five elevators to handle traffic across its many floors. Keep in mind this is a private residential building not open to the general public.
The building held Brazil's tallest building title from 2022 until 2024 when another residential project in the same city surpassed it. This brief period shows how quickly the skyline changes in this coastal city.
