Business Center Bohemia is an office building in central Plzeň featuring a glass facade and functionalist design that rises about 61 meters. The structure contains 16 floors with open-plan office layouts and automatic solar control systems.

The building was constructed between 1965 and 1969 as the headquarters for Hutní projekt Plzeň, representing modernist corporate architecture of that era. Extensive renovation in 2002 updated the structure to meet contemporary office standards and technical requirements.

The building goes by the nickname Bohemka, which refers to a former restaurant that once stood in an adjacent building. This local name shows how residents connect their landmarks to memories and stories from the neighborhood.

The entrance is easy to locate from the street and the office floors are logically organized. The automatic solar protection systems help regulate temperature throughout the building, which is especially useful on warmer days.

The entrance hall contains a yellow reception module made from a repurposed railway silo. This unexpected industrial element brings a touch of local industrial history into the modern office foyer.
