Atzelberg is a mountain near Kelkheim in Hesse with an elevation of about 507 meters (1,663 feet). It rises as a distinctive landform in the region and provides views across the landscape from the top.
A wooden observation tower was built on the summit in 1980, giving hikers a place to stop and rest. The structure was destroyed in 2008 and has not been rebuilt since.
