Bismarckgrotte bei Rinnenbrunn is a cave system carved through dolomite rock with interconnected passages and chamber spaces that stretch over 1200 meters and descend to depths of 52 meters. The cave was discovered by forestry workers in 1890 and named the following year. Archaeological work in the 1960s uncovered prehistoric remains that point to human activity in the region during ancient times.
