St.-Stephani-Kirche is a Gothic church building in Calbe featuring two 57-meter tall twin towers and represents the largest religious structure in Salzlandkreis district. The building combines a wide central nave with double side aisles in a spacious hall architecture.
Construction began around 1480 and integrated elements from a previous 10th-century structure, with the final Gothic hall design completed in 1495. This building period coincided with a time of economic prosperity for the city.
