Congress Hotel Chemnitz is a 29-story tower rising 97 meters in the city center. The building contains 101 guest rooms and six conference spaces designed for business gatherings and events.
The building opened in 1974 as part of a major urban development project in the city center. It was designed alongside other contemporary structures that transformed the downtown landscape.
