Pazo Baión

Pazo Baión is a granite manor house in the Rías Baixas region featuring two Victorian-style towers. The property includes working vineyards with Albariño grapes, a functioning winery, and outbuildings arranged around the main structure.

Architect Adolfo Fojo Silva redesigned the property in 1928, adding the distinctive towers and cellar facilities. The owners later transitioned from grain cultivation to Albariño grapes in the 1970s, pioneering this variety in the region.

The estate remains deeply connected to winemaking and displays the agricultural craftsmanship that defines Galician rural life. Visitors can see how the land and production methods shape the identity of this corner of the region.
