Oulu Music Centre, Concert hall and arts centre in Karjasilta, Finland
The Oulu Music Centre contains two performance spaces, the Madetoja Hall and Tulindberg Hall, designed for orchestral and chamber music presentations.
The architectural firms Uki Arkkitehdit and Matti Heikkinen completed this cultural facility in 1983, establishing a new musical landmark in northern Finland.
The centre houses the Oulu Symphony Orchestra and the Oulu Conservatoire, providing education in classical, rhythm, and church music disciplines.
Located at Lintulammentie 1-3 in Oulu, the venue presents approximately 100 events annually, including concerts, ballets, theater productions, and conferences.
The Madetoja Hall features an infrared sound transmission system covering all seats, enabling enhanced audio reception throughout the performance space.
