St James' Church, Daisy Hill, Grade II* listed Gothic Revival church in Daisy Hill, England
The church features brick construction with terracotta details, incorporating Perpendicular-style tracery windows and a bell turret on its exterior structure.
The Lancaster architectural firm Paley and Austin designed the church in 1879, with construction completed in 1881 at a cost of £6,500.
The interior displays Pre-Raphaelite artwork by Alfred Charles Weatherstone and stained glass crafted by Morris & Co depicting the Epiphany.
Regular worship services occur every Sunday at 9:30 am, with additional Wednesday services including Wiggle Worship for toddlers at 9:00 am.
Two sisters, Mrs Makant and Miss Haddock, provided the entire funding for the church construction, which included seating for 410 people.
