Agnes Blackadder Hall

Agnes Blackadder Hall stands as a four-story modern building with 519 bedrooms, located near the Science buildings and sports centre at North Haugh.

The residence hall, established in 1993 and initially called New Hall, received its current name in 2012 to honor the first female graduate of St Andrews University.

The building incorporates a music room, games area with pool tables, and multiple common spaces where students organize board game nights and social gatherings.

Students can choose between catered and self-catered accommodation options, with all rooms featuring private bathrooms and access to shared kitchen facilities.

The facility transforms into a three-star hotel during summer months, welcoming parents, graduates, golfers, and tourists to the St Andrews community.
